I think it's 16 here, and in Michigan you can be 14 with parent's permission.

Yeah, I'm surprised his parents even allowed him to get them. During the past school year he came to P.E. With new tattoos. I remember he got a rose on top of his hand, this different one his chest ( I don't know what it said), then the name of his little sister on his forearm.
