Well the thing is they're on the small side, a bit scrawny for the dinner table although the hen is a good layer and the drake we have is bigger than the one we bucthered, I always keep the big ones and sell or butcher the small ones, it's tempting to eat the bigger ones but they're the ones you want offspring from.
