I know it's weird, but I'm really proud of myself.
Yesterday I picked up the phone (and spoke!) three times, I went into a busy hospital to see my Nan, I took the bus home, and I sat with visiting family members.
All of those things seem so easy to do, but usually my anxiety makes it really difficult to do those things. So, I'm really proud of myself.
That's probably the only good thing that has happened all week.

That's is so awesome for you! I know how bad anxiety can suck so you should be proud of yourself

Wow! Nice! I've shown hogs chickens and rabbits.

I only do rabbits at county because we dont have a state show.

I am hoping to do for my last state beef,lamb,hog,dairy goat, and poultry for sure gonna be up there anyway so I might as well stay busy
