I wonder if something was wrong with the fox...seriously, going TO the gunfire?!

It was so sick. It was so mangy, we couldn't tell if it was an underweight COYOTE or a domestic dog itbwas so dirty. Only its face looked even remotely similar to a fox. And it's tail was pretty much bald, which made it look even more like a dog. :/
We did it a favor.... And everyone else in the neighborhood.

But I don't have any pity in my heart for it whatsoever. We didn't shoot it to put it out of its misery, we shot it to protect our birds, which put it out of its misery in the process. Two birds with one - bullet, I guess.
