Moving chicken to new coop in same garden

Hi, i've built a new coop 9' x 5' with a 30' x 8' run to replace a 8' x 4' converted shed with a 8' x 4' run, the new coop is in the opposite end of the same garden and i was just wondering the best way to move them, like the best time of day, lock them inside the coop and run for a week so they know its their new home? What to do if they return to the old coop ( would be shut)
There will be new chicks in the old coop in about 6 weeks then when they are big enough will join the new larger coop.
Any advice please

Hi again, got some eggs incubating, day 17, one has an external pip and moving, is this normal? was going to stop turning today and increase the humidity for the other 25 eggs, What should i do?
