Unclear with your setup.
14 birds total... 4 hens and 10 pullets? No cockerels or roosters?

what is the square footage floor space of the building interior?
?? Yes, what is the space where the fighting is taking place?
Tight spaces will be stressful for all. General guideline is 10 square feet per bird during the day, or minimum 4 sF inside the coop before they're let out... but more is better especially when integrating.

Have they all been outside free ranging together? That is usually helpful with introductions. Also set up a See But Don’t Touch situation in the coop or run for a while so they can get used to being in the same space together without touching. Offer multiple food and water stations, additional perches, obstacles for newbies to hide behind, things to break line of sight once all birds are merged together. This should help prevent all out attacks, but pecking and chasing is normal. If one bird in particular is extra aggressive, try separating her in a wire dog crate amongst the flock for a few days so she can't cause trouble.

Above is good advice, and I am hoping you don't have chicken math, and just have too many birds for you set up.

But once, I just pounded some nails in the rafter, and hung Chicken wire from it, I attached a post to the bottom to give the "wall" enough weight to hold it in place. Allowed me to section of a little place to keep the chicks.
