I think she laid a soft egg yesterday & was trying to do the same today, but it busted inside her it looks like. Everything was back where it belonged when I last checked on her @ lights out. She just acts worn out, probably from pushing so long. Have you had it happen yet?
I think I'd off this one quickly and open her up.

That dark stuff...is it hard?
Yes, it was like a thick rubbery band with a string of cooked egg yolk attached.
The yellow was like rolled up egg membrane, is what it felt like. The dark stuff was crumbly like hard boiled yolk.
