Well i managed to get one problem under control and mr muddy brought me an umbrella so almost stellar now!!!

Wow, some folks must have a cast iron stomach. I can't handle anything stronger than regular ketchup! My younger brother loves HOT, HOT ,HOT, STUFF - I think he means spicy food

we stuff them with cream cheese, wrap them with bacon and put them in the smoker! this year’s crop has a bit of heat! IMO at least

mr muddy has some stuff that will put normal folks in the hospital he fermented a straight carolina reaper mix last fall that even he can only add in small doses to food. i won’t go near it!!! as he was mixing today for marinade, i dared him to lick the spoon and he declined!!!

I've never made jalapeño poppers, but I do make bell pepper poppers quite often. They have jalapeños in them.

I use the small sweet bells and the stuffing consists of cream cheese, triple sharp cheddar, diced jalapeños, and mild country sausage.
