I've never made jalapeño poppers, but I do make bell pepper poppers quite often. They have jalapeños in them.

I use the small sweet bells and the stuffing consists of cream cheese, triple sharp cheddar, diced jalapeños, and mild country sausage.

I absolutely LOVE that stuff!!!! Mini is mad at me for posting video cuz he froze up!!! My daddy is still the only person I know that would ride the spinny rides with me!!!! . I had to ride the astronaut trainer gyroscope with a total stranger!!!!!!
