This could also be translated as "He's a nice doctor." Doctors, lawyers, teachers, authors, etc. are all addressed as sensei.

Hallo, Ich spreche Englisch. German is not something I know much of right now

I am mostly learning Russian right now on Duolingo, I actually haven't been on duo for over a month. My highest streak on duo was about 190 something days with Russian mostly.

I'm learning German, Norwegian, swedish, Arabic. And I tried these ones and will probably learn more of them after I complete the others I'm interested in
French, Spanish, and a few others including Navajo and Klingon.

Ohh… good luck! I only know one word, bear, which is Медведь, I think.

Yes, bear in russian is Медвед

Hmm, my favorite sentence is Ich liebe Pferde und Ich mag Enten!

I like the way Verstehe sounds and the word I use the most would be Auf Wiedersehen.
