I'd take him in since he's weak, if you can...Just keep him far away from your other birds. Even if it's 85, drafts can sap his body heat, especially if he's not doing well.
A hot water bottle or a heating pad he can get away from or snuggle with if he pleases will keep him warm in the meantime...Good luck.
