Multiple Punctre Wounds from Neighbor's Dog... Please Give Suggestions

I do agree with @Eggcessive I would treat her for Coccidiosis. Coccidiosis does not always present with bloody stool - that is just one of the symptoms of a couple of strains that a bird may encounter. There are 9strains. A weakened bird can succumb to an overload easily.

Chickens have a high body temperature, so that 104.5° is in the "normal" range. It can vary with weather conditions, etc., but the range is 105°-107°.

If she were mine I would get her on Corid - dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water. Give for 5-7 days as the only source of water. Eliminate the electrolytes and vitamins until you finish the course of treatment.

I would also get her on antibiotics. See what your TSC has, usually they have Penicillin. I would look for Procaine Penicillin G. Use a 20guage needle, dosage is 1/4ml given into the breast muscle 1/4" deep for 4days in a row. Alternate sides daily.

I realize she is being picky with food, the egg is fine, but you may want to get a small bag of chick starter to see if she will eat that, if she won't, you can always give it to your flock, I've found my hens love chick feed.
I can give corid and penicillin at the same time? I have corid from April 2017 is it expired?

Yes, you can give both at the same time. Corid is a coccidiostat not an antibiotic.

Others may have a different opinion, expiration are also dependent on a lot of factors, how it was stored, used, etc. If your Corid has been opened, it is probably better to buy new. If it's still sealed, then I would use it.

Sounds like you are caring for her as best you can. I wouldnt continue to clean the wounds unless you see signs of infection. They need to heal.
One of my chickens survived a halk attack. She had some pretty bad leg cuts. I cleaned her up and kept her in the house in the dogs crate until she was well healed up and moving around normally again.
Good luck with your girl!

Penicillin injection given, 1/4 cc in her breast muscle. Also gave her a syringe full of water with corid mixed in. She is resting and I will post with any progress. Thank you @Wyorp Rock @FlyingNunFarm @Eggcessive @casportpony and everyone else who's posted for supporting me and Sniffles! I couldn't have done this without this thread and all the amazing people who have such a love for chickens. What an amazing community this is.

I'm glad you were able to find the Penicillin.

If you are wanting to oral drench her with Corid, here is the dosage for that:

You also want to make the Corid water available for drinking in addition to the drench.
Perfect, just gave her some as recommended on the thread.
If she does pull through the day how long do I need to give her the penicillin? I've seen different opinions on this, some articles say no more than 3 other say at least 6-7 days.

Is there side effects for penicillin? She just wants to sleep. And when is the normal time frame for when I should be noticing a difference in her? Been syringing her water like my vet instructed every few hours, but she hasn't eaten since 6am this morning, some scrambled egg. She seems a bit coherent when I am holding her. Cant stand on her own still. She isn't dead yet, but I hate to see her so lifeless.
