I can give corid and penicillin at the same time? I have corid from April 2017 is it expired?I do agree with @Eggcessive I would treat her for Coccidiosis. Coccidiosis does not always present with bloody stool - that is just one of the symptoms of a couple of strains that a bird may encounter. There are 9strains. A weakened bird can succumb to an overload easily.
Chickens have a high body temperature, so that 104.5° is in the "normal" range. It can vary with weather conditions, etc., but the range is 105°-107°.
If she were mine I would get her on Corid - dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water. Give for 5-7 days as the only source of water. Eliminate the electrolytes and vitamins until you finish the course of treatment.
I would also get her on antibiotics. See what your TSC has, usually they have Penicillin. I would look for Procaine Penicillin G. Use a 20guage needle, dosage is 1/4ml given into the breast muscle 1/4" deep for 4days in a row. Alternate sides daily.
I realize she is being picky with food, the egg is fine, but you may want to get a small bag of chick starter to see if she will eat that, if she won't, you can always give it to your flock, I've found my hens love chick feed.
