Muscovey hen and her laying

I have a muscovey hen that has been setting on her eggs for quite some time now. I have been getting anxious to see some little ducklings anyway and I just went out there to see how thing where going and noticed that she was not even actually on the eggs. the eggs are in a ring all around her, but covered with straw and feathers. Im wondering if this has kept them warm enough or should i just concider them a loss?
