Muscovy Ducks

One of my girls just hatched out 19 on Sunday

I have Muscovys also, At one point I had over 200 Muscovys, but am around the 100 mark at the moment, Im going to get down to 40 breeders this year.. The best of the best. So we should see what next year brings!
This was one of my Main breeding males this Spring...

He has an awesome face! Do his ducklings come out with more even caruncles or do they develop more on one side like him? I've always wondered about that with show birds, if you could manipulate the amount the offspring develops with certain breedings. All of mine have maybe medium caruncling so I haven't been able to experiment with it..... Not many show Scovies over here

Most of his sons so far have even caruncling, But they are only 4-5 months old, This is my first year using this male so we will see.. I take some pictures of the cockerels tonight...

I put muscovy eggs under this duck and she hatched them out. She didn't know they were not her eggs.

Such cute little Scovies! I didnt get my ducklings till they were 5/6 weeks old they were still cute but thos little peeps are adorable!
