The wild ones are gorgeous aren´t they? I did have the opportunity to buy some domesticated wild ones, if that makes sense...but I had enough at the time. And I´m not convinced they´re as guaranteed to stay around as much as the domesticated ones. And you´re supposed to have a license here, of course...
This is my first Muscovy he will be 10yrs old in the spring. Can't walk so good anymore but still loves his girls and they love him. I much prefer the smaller amount of carnucles.

Me too. He´s lovely. I like the black caruncles. I don´t like those with large red caruncles either. Mine have red caruncles, but not too big. I´d like one with black face though.
My drake and those you took pics do seem to have more of the wild traits like Daniels, Have we seen any pics of your flock livin? I'd love to. I so much love to look at your geese.

My gozzies are getting so big now. They mostly stay in 2 groups, but they like to be near each other, so they look like one big group down there...26 of them until I know what sex they are, then I´ll sell some of them. I think I may have found some other auto-sexing geese, I´m waiting for a reply from their owner.
The pics I put on here ARE the wild muscovies, but you´ll see a ring on one of them, to show it was bred in captivity.
Here are some pics of mine that I think you´ve seen before....
The lavender (I think that´s right) is the one that hatched out the goslings, but here she is with her own, the dark duck here is one of the babies almost grown.

Here´s today´s pic of some of the others... You can see they´re not wild ones, as they have white patches on their bodies. Oh, and the red faces, of course!
