My young females are being ignored by the males. The females were September hatchling s. When can I expect them to start breeding? They often refuse to join the mature ducks in the duck house at night and congregate on the roof of my house instead!

The answer to your earlier question is yes.

When we pull the plug on the bath the water runs down the pipe and into a stream we made with rocks.

Some of the bath water manages to disperse through our garden as well.

My scovy payed her 8th egg this morning so 11 eggs on the nest since I put three Swedish eggs on there. She also put some of her down on the nest. Not a lot though. Does this mean that she will go broody soon?

Swedish eggs take less time to hatch, only around 28 days, scovy eggs take around 35 days....might cause some problems at hatch time...

Thanks guys should I incubate the Swedish eggs instead or try to have my Swedish go broody for the her eggs?
Also, do scovies get along well with chickens?

They don't really bother each other. My ones only didn't like geese.

My second muscovy started laying! They first eggs are due to hatch on Saturday, God willing.

yes, and he eats like a horse. Thank you. It was a week or so ago
