Muscovy keepers share your pics!

So far my father and I have some pain all over still. I might have a slipped disc in my spine. My father might have a torn rotator cup. We go for MIR's on Tuesday. I still can't lift things over 10 lbs without hurting and I get head aches like crazy for the littlest movements. And I keep waking up in the middle of my sleep with a excruciating pain shooting through my spine. And it feels kind of heavy to breath when laying down. My son on the other hand is full with energy and not in any pain!

I still have about 28 Muscovy's to re-home. 4 males and 24 females.
And I won't be able to keep Miracle due to only having her and not any other ducklings. I do have a couple girls on nests waiting to hatch any day now though.

Has everyone recovered from the crash?
That's great news about the house.
Have you found homes for most of your muscovies yet? Yay for Miracle. Will you be keeping her?

Why do Sam and Missy hate your sweet muscovies?

Well they just started off not liking each other gander drake thing about 10 yrs ago. And even though the first drake is gone on to duckie heaven Opie has taken up the cause from his dear ole dad and him and Sam hate each other. Missy doesn't like anyone right now since it's breeding season. Hormones

It's almost like it's a macho thing amongst the males. But Sam is so much bigger than Opie. I'd totally steer clear of him being much larger that he is.

So if Missy doesn't like anyone because of hormones, does she make an exception for Sam since he's her mate and a goose bird?

In the beginning of breeding season Sam is Mr. Macho and whoops Opies butt then once Opies hormones begin raging the tides are turned and Opie wants to beat up on Sam every chance he gets. Missy adores Sam he is the only one she likes.

My word!! Those man burds are crazy when their hormones take over. I cannot even imagine what one of their skirmishes would look like.

Aw, of course Missy adores Sam. He's extremely attractive and big.
