Too bad about the hen. How late are they?

We are on day 37 and I saw no pips or moving so I decided to toss them and did a
An eggtopsy and found one still alive! What do I do? I opened the air cell and membrane and saw movement so I quickly put back in the incubator and closed it? Anyone know what my chances are?

Depends on how much damage was done when you opened it. What did you see? Any bleeding? Lots of liquid? Did you break the membrane?

I broke the membrane and some liquid came out that was tinted with blood but only a couple of drops

I am pretty sure it died. I can't open the incubator because I have other eggs that are pipping
