Muscovy sitting on eggs

My brooders are 8x4 and I dont' think thats large enough for a hen and ducklings. Not to mention the clean up that would be daily if not more for that many. You don't really need a brooder, as they have a mother, you need a safe pen if predators are the only worry. That way you don't have the mess and smell in your brooder and you can provide a larger space.

Congratulations! They're precious :-)
My Gal's eggs haven't hatched yet. Sadly I had to toss 4 eggs that were rotten. I hope she gets some babies after sitting this long. There are still 11 eggs in her nest.

I have one still setting on a nest, she should be due sometime within 2 weeks... i forgot to mark down when i first noticed her brooding.
