Mushroom foragers

So I ordered lions mane grow kit and wine cap for a outdoor bed . I have lots of sawdust and planer shavings saved from my sawmill and planer . Going to see what I can grow . Mulch for the garden also . Spent grow kits will be used to inoculate totem logs .

I checked the morel map. I see someone got one down by Lacrosse. He must grow them in his house.

There have been a couple of reports in my county . Still this cold snap is about over . Another week I think before much is found here .

Those are weird looking. Never seen those before.

I checked the morel map. I see someone got one down by Lacrosse. He must grow them in his house.

They look like they are done here, of course the grass they are in is way too tall to find them now if there are any hiding. I wonder if you could trick them into sprouting earlier or multiple times by building a greenhouse around the patch to warm the soil in that spot sooner.

I found 4 morels the other day . Had them tonight . Got my lions mane kit Monday and my wine cap outdoor kit today .
