We also found chicken of the woods (top) but is the bottom group also chicken? It looks a bit different.... smoother

Problem with that is, it excludes way too many choice edible species. I've eaten a local variety that seems to be associated with toyon that bruises blue for years now.

What you posted specifically states red pore surface AND blue bruising is to be avoided. That would indicate the Satana species. In any case, the red and orange ones look downright scary! I've only found such bright colored boletes twice and leave those alone.

At any rate, it's a little too late to be all like "don't eat those". Lol I'm pretty confident in these.

However, it also says because so many boletes that bruise blue it’s best to avoid them...

That said if you know their ok have at it, I thought when you posted the picture you were asking if they were safe. Sorry I misunderstood.

BTW do you have a good life insurance policy?
