Thank you, i did some research seems the issue with them is eating them under cooked. My neighbour told me to cook them very well done. Still not sure if i will mess with it. A porcini he called them turns out to be king bolete name or penny bun.Becareful on that one. It use to be considered safe, it no longer is, some people died from eating them. I think the first one was in Maine.
I have no idea what a porcini is but that’s a scaber stalk.
