Looks alot like these even though they are bantam.

Looks like a Hamburg cross to me.

Looks little or nothing like a Hamburg to me, unless it's a Hamburg crossed with a Modern Game or Oriental Game of some sort. White legs and beak are particularly non-Hamburg.

And I think it's a cockerel, but a better photo (especially one with the head in focus) would help a lot.
