My 17 day old silkies bantam chicks have bumps around eyelids. Does anyone know what I should do.

Does any one know what is this?

I purchase these silkies bantam chicks from a petting zoo in a school. They where keep in the dirt ground. I keep them in my house with plenty of water and food. There heating lamp and little area to sleep in. I check them daily pick them up and make sure they taking care of themself but today notice the bumps around there eyes. Extremely worry they give me so much joy. If anyone knows what is this? I'm new to caring for baby chicks.

Good morning,
Happy Easter day. I summit a couple more pictures for you. Hope you could see these more clear.
Last night I clean there face with warm water and put a little antibotic ointment on it. I'm hoping this will work.
Thank you for looking at my post

That's a better photo. The bumps look like maybe parasites. Have you examined the scales on the legs of these birds? Have you looked closely at the skin around the vent to see if there might be some crawling mites?

Welcome to BYC. I agree, the pictures are not in focus. Sometimes baby chicks will get bitten by mosquitoes or ants. Ar there any in your environment right now? Mosquitoes can spread fowl pox. You can do some research on fowl pox virus as a possibility.
