Thanks so much! It is taking some time to finish up, so I'll see how far along I can get...
The 12" OC plywood I am using just went Non-Stock at like 80% of the Lowe's stores within 50-100 miles of me it appears.
I needed 2 sheets and only found 1, but hopefully the local store will get it in like they said they were going to do for me tomorrow.

Thank you!
I am pretty happy with the size for the 12 chickens I have now (a lot of them are banties, as you can see in my chicken thread).
I could add a few more, but I'll have to see how it works out I suppose.
Getting ever inch covered with the wire is going to be difficult too. I need to go over and double check the roof area we covered before moving on, but the chickens will probably be closed in the coop for a few days or more at first, so I should have plenty of time.
The to-do list to complete is longer than I'd like it to be though:
- finish putting up wall on the back of coop
- gables on front and back of coop
- hardware mesh everywhere I haven't covered (which is just the roof so far)
+ putting decking board, apron and nails in ground
- finish waterproofing the inside of the coop
- stain the wood
- make the screen door
- make the walk into the coop
It feels like I'm so close...but not really...
