Hi, I’ve asked once before a few weeks back but thought I’d try again. The consensus was that it’s a cockerel. I’m just not convinced that his comb is red and developed enough. The EE and his sis have similar long tails and big legs. They’re our first EEs.

I’m going to have to adopt him out. I’ll try my local chicken forum. I see some breeds go quickly but I’m not sure about EEs. Any thoughts?

I always heard roosters are really hard to adopt out because there’s always so many up but when I posted mine they were gone in like 15 minutes. But then again I posted mine for free and specified dinner was fine. It might be harder finding a pet only home. Although the person I gave mine to supposedly were trying to replace theirs they lost rather than eat them but yeah.
