My Australorp mating in 3 months

Hello. I have australorp chickens who are around 3 months old. One of the rooster has started mating with the females. Is it normal or should I worry about them mating in this age? Here is my rooster picture attached

It's normal. If he is getting carried away or stressing the pullets, you can remove your cockerel to an isolation pen until the pullets mature a bit more and are ready for his advances.
