Based on the pictures they look like aussies.

I would segregate. They need time to regrow feathers. The white roo could be a stressor.
While segregated you can feed a higher protein feed to help them regrow feathers

Man, that is one SWEET enclosure!!
Only thing I can think that might help is to clutter up that huge run with 'hiding' place and diversionary items to climb on and under and around.
Hopefully they settle in and down after some time and good feeds.

I would swear that in the post I quoted (not in the direct pictures but one of the small pics) there was a white rooster.

Maybe I done lost my mind.

We have 4 leghorns-but they are all hens. We do have one with a rather large comb... but when I watched an egg come right out of her behind I squashed all doubts in regards to her gender!

Nope. As soon as new growth appears-they pick it down to the skin. We’ve treated them multiple times with no lasting success. We are desperately looking for new homes for them, which proves to be a dang near impossible mission given their appearance.
