My husband wants us to also get a Fawn someday. I like them, too. Funny thing is, he told me he doesn't like Harlequins (I LOVE them).

I just don't get it.

He likes merles and thinks Hanabal is perfect. To me there is no difference except background color. MEN!!!!!

I know it is awful, but this is something I already worry about.

I tend to forward think things too much, but I have been trying to figure out a way to keep him little since I know they just don't have huge life spans. Sounds like your girls are still doing great, though.

And I know we have to cherish every single second because, like with my human kids, time goes way too fast.​

Yeah - I thought about that too. That and the hip issues big dogs are so notorious for. All we can do is our best for them, that's so much more than a lot of dogs get.
