I say California white, as I have two!

Mine were slow to get their black though, but finally they are getting one black specks!

Where did you get it? I believe it is a pullet. Likely a mix breed with a dominant white as one parent. What color egg did it hatch from?

If the father posseses the dominant white gene (which golden comets do), then the bird would be considered paint I believe.

Yes indeed.
Father looks like a leghorn or leghorn mix (as does the pullet). Leghorns are dominant white. Dominant white does dominate.

Not sure what u mean I’m only learning about chickens so do u think my young white chick is a female?
