My Bees....pics

Ran into a snag today....noticed a good many bees drunken/dead on the floor of the hive. Not sure what from but I'm doing everything I can to try and solve the problem. Called up my beekeeper buddy for advice....and did everything he said. Hoping this is just a fluke incident. We will see as time goes on.
Heres praying for the best!!
