My bird has the bird form of Mycoplasma, help!

Just an example, I know humans and chickens are not the same and humans are not replaceable.. even if the person does love that chicken a lot it risks you losing the other chickens. Glad you agree with this.
I’m ridding of my other chickens anyway, too many roosters. Besides my neighbor would be mad if I culled him, he and I would be upset. It was his originally.

That is not a good idea as they might be a carrier of whatever your chicken has.. You would have to tell people about the sick chicken and it risks giving whatever your other chicken had to the buyers chickens.

I am giving them to the neighbor, he gave the disease to my chickens anyway.

Before you get more chickens you will need to completely disinfect your coop and the run area. I recommend Oxine or Elector PSP. You will not be able to put chickens in there for two weeks after treatment. I also hope you inform your neighbor that the chickens are now infected with a communicable disease so they can take the proper measures to insure its not spread further. Good luck.

So you're sharing diseased chickens with your neighbor, great.
Hope neither of you are selling or giving away birds or hatching eggs to other people,
or visiting other flocks for that matter.

No, his chickens ran to my house for a couple days and I didn’t know, and they had it. It was his chickens that gave it to me, he does sell his chickens. It is quite annoying. And, don’t say anything else because it is getting very rude.

Are you planning on getting new chickens? Why did your neighbor give them to you anyways? Why didn't you quarantine them first?
They are wild-ish and do what they please, they ran to my house, I do catch some and quarantine them and give them meds to make sure they are healthy for a couple days, then I put them back.
