I have a question about the nipple waterers. I bought 10 of the nipple waterers and made 2 bucket waterers. One bucket works great with no leaks but I have one nipple on the other bucket that drips continually

It doesn't leak from the drilled hole (I used teflon tape and caulked around each nipple - inside bucket and outside with marine type caulk) but, from the tip it's self

I assume it is a defective tip and I need to replace the bad one. OR can it be fixed??? Any ideas???
