My bus drivers provoking children to fight!!!!!!!

Seems to me the thing to do would be talk to your parents and let them handle it.
An adult needs to get involved-this ain't right.

I've really got to go, but I'm going to post on this important issue first.

There have been cases here in Ohio where the school bus driver and the
school district have been held as legally liable in the heatlh and welfare of
the children discharged from the schoolbus and injured before they actually
got into their home.

*** There was one case where the child was for whatever reason locked out
of his home. Bus driver left the child there anyway. Child attempted to climb
through a window, window fell on him causing the child's death. The driver and
school district was found guilty of contributing to the death.

School Bus drivers have a hugh responsibility. And they need to act to a high
standard.

Yeah, I really don't like this bus driver. In winter at some kids driveway Named Charles, the bus driver pulls out of the drive way so fast he fish tails everytime, so finally one kid got fed up and talked to the principal and she talked to him and he stopped for 2 weeks and then starting doing it again..one him he fish tailed and the bus stung around sideways and hit a snow bank. But he doesnt fish tail in summer only winter when there is snow.

Tell your parents and talk to the school board. Someone can get hurt with the way that bus driver is..they'd better be glad I'm not up there and my child was on that bus....

Talk to the bus company. The drivers are employed by the company contracted to the school district. That should have been done long ago from the sound of it.

Wow. How awful. You really do need to tell an adult right away. If they don't want to listen to you I would take a video recording of it to the police. Also, you could inform the school board at their next meeting along with a witness. I'd be afraid to ride that bus!

More than likely the school won't contact the bus company unless the adults really push. In this instance it's not the school's responsibility, it's the bus company's. I've tried calling our bus company to report things and they tell me to have the parent call, they want it first hand not through the school. If you or your parents call the company you know your complaint will be reported as you want it to be reported, not second hand where things can get changed or the wrong details stressed.

that is crazy. this driver needs his license revoked. He also should be charged with attempted murder. there is no seat belt in the buses. what a lunatic.
