My bus drivers provoking children to fight!!!!!!!

Ok so on my bus we have 3 kids that are way out of control, One time I watched the big brother (12-13) punch his sister in the face who is a "small person" (shes 11-12). And the other brother who is 10 or so, fights too. Well for the last 2 days in a role, when she kids get off she bus they "go at it" mostly the boys.... and my bus driver always incourages them by say " GET HIM TIMMY "(the oldest boy) And cheers out the window! I think thats crazy and it upsets me, a lot of the time that little girl whos a small person gets hurt, like I watched One of the brothers smack her with a stick and pushed her in the ditch ( and Im watching it out the bus window.) If it goes that far though the bus driver will tell them stop but they dont so he drives away! The little girl is annoying and mean to everyone on the bus, but I know she doesnt deserve physical abuse... and a lot of the time the bus driver helps through words....

Wow! Can you video the bus driver doing that (on a cell phone or whatever..)? And then report it to an adult...

the school board,

My phone camera isnt that great, but I have a hand video recorder, and tomorrow ill slunch in my seat and video tap the kids fighting and in the background you should hear him yelling.. And if I get a god video ill show you guys.

Speaking as a former bus driver....

REPORT THAT IDIOT!!!

Get it on video if at all possible.

Get supporting witnesses.

Discreetly inquire if there are cameras on that bus....

That is in no way shape or form acceptable....

Where do you live? Maybe I will go for a drive and rip that driver a new a**....
