I am so sorry for your loss, I know how it feels because I lost one of my chickens over the summer and I was devastated. I was very close to her and she had a very distinct personality. I still miss her a lot, and no chicken can replace her. I also dropped her on accident when she was a chick, but she survived. I still felt absolutely terrible though. I just told myself that everybody makes mistakes, and everything is going to be fine. I know my story isn't the same, but try to forgive yourself, and make strong bonds with your other chicks to feel better. Again, I am very sorry for loss.

I will put her in the sun in the balcony if that will do it , I put her yesterday in the sun she didnt shout alot

Wait do I put bottle of hot water in the box? and do u mean by clothes like chicks cloths? just askin or do u mean putting clothes on the box

Also I tried to use the scooping thing it didnt work she shouting more loud when I do that to her

She is small enough to be killed by a rat, a crow, a magpie, a hawk, a cat etc.....so will she be safe on your balcony? And this will only help while the sun is up. She needs heat available all day and all night.

If the sand is construction sand, it will work as grit. Look up "grit". Birds have gizzards where the stones they swallow grind up their food. All birds need grit to digest their food. Or they will die.

Before you give the construction sand to the chicks, be sure there is no oil or other machine fluids that spilled onto it. This can kill a chicken. Also, make sure there is no cement mixed in with it.

Do you have any shops that sell fish for aquariums? They might sell sand.
Do this very soon because chickens need grit as much as they need food and water.

Be very careful when you put a chick in the sun. Baby chicks are like lizards and snakes at this age. They will die if left in the sun too long just as a snake will. Chicks move in and out of warm spots to regulate their body heat because they have no feathers to keep the body heat constant.

So chicks needs to walk on sand in the box or they will die? The shop never told me about anything like this they only sold me the chicks

Also the balcony is safe we are high up and theres no eagles or lizards or even snakes and its all cleaned up balcony
