My chick has lice! how long should i quarentine it???

my chick is dusted and quarentined how long should i keep her seperaated. My other chicken have never interacted with her since we just got her today and we found out she had lice before we were home.

She needs to be treated again in 10 days. This is because the eggs on her won't be killed by the treatment, and will hatch in a few days. Then it would be best to wait another 10 days to be sure you have killed them all -- because it's quite possible you will find more. That is assuming you dusted with something that poisons them like Sevin (carbaryl) or permethrin/pyrethrin.
