Gave her Cortid water, she had like 4 mealworms, handfed. Still sad looking, puffy, little movement.

It takes about a day to show improvement from corid. Keep getting her to drink the water

Do you have chick starter to feed her? You might need to wet it a bit

Yes, I have the chick starter.
She is doing better today; moving, walking, eating a bit. She is not running or actively engaged with the other chicks. She only drink the treated water when I give it by hand. But she is doing a bit better than yesterday. I will continue with the Cortid.

Update.
Butterkup has made a great comeback! She is up and about, back to her normal self .

New problem now: MerryGold is now panting with her beak open. She is the most active of the 4 but I noticed her sitting today alone a couple of times. Not herself. I am trying to uploaded a video, but can't seem to do it from my cell. Maybe someone had an idea?

She is on 3rd day of Corid with the rest.
