She is sitting down, acting lethargic, her breathing is fine, won't stand and is being stillThe real concern is internal injuries. The apparent injury to the back is relatively minor from what I can glean from your photo. Her behavior should indicate if she has serious internal injury.
So, what is her behavior? Describe it. If she's gasping and lethargic and sitting or standing very still, she may have things damaged internally. If her behavior is normal, I would flush the wound with warm soap and water or saline. Dry and spray with Vetricyn and after that dries, coat the wound with an antibiotic ointment. Do this every day until she heals.
Watch the wound carefully for signs of infection, especially if it's a puncture wound. Look for redness and swelling and a change in behavior. She may need an oral antibiotic if the wound becomes infected.
Yes she has electrolytes and a warm place to rest. I had to bring her inside because its raining.Have you treated her for shock? She needs electrolytes and a warm place to rest.
