My Chicken has a sore throat

After the Texas snow storms I have one chicken that seems to have a sore throat it seems like she's having trouble breathing she will stretch her neck out and open her mouth and try to breathe what can I do for her

Is she eating and drinking normally ? Have you looked in her mouth/throat to see if she has canker ?
