My Chicken Has Weird eye (looks like it's hollow) and droopy plus a constant wet neck????

I don't know what is going on, but I will try to post a picture later... here's what happened...
1) I noticed the eye a week or so ago, maybe longer looking droopy
2) At first, the eye look like a hollow eye socket, like the eye wasn't there anymore, but my wife said it was
3) Then we started noticing the chicken's back of it's neck was wet all the time
4) A couple days ago I noticed the eye was closed all the time, when it opened infrequently, it looked as though the eye was missing completely.

We bought all 4 of these birds from a breeder who is very passionate about his breeding. One of the birds is much larger than the others and seems to be a tad bit aggressive, I'm wondering if this bird is doing something to the sick, or injured one I'm speaking of.

Can you look further into their eye socket to see if you can see anything? Does their neck feel gooey or just wet? I'd also contact the breeder and ask.
