Wry neck can be due to genetic factors or a vitamin deficiency. Some breeds (like silkies) are more prone to getting it genetically, though it is my understanding that they can live with it so long as they are still able to eat and drink.
Treat with vitamin E gel tabs with selenium and Polyvisol without iron (a liquid vitamin supplement for infants you can get at the pharmacy). Make sure the vitamin E has the selenium or it will not absorb properly. The gel tabs are liquid inside and you can break them open to give the chicken the liquid inside. If the wry neck your chicken has is caused by vitamin deficiency, this will work to correct it.
