My Chicken is Bleeding!

Okay, so this morning i went to let my chickens out of their coop as we do everyday. I went inside to fill up on food and saw blood all over their watering dish and all over one laying box. I tried to check the chickens out for blood on their vents but could not see anything! Im alittle worried! HELP? -

You don't see any blood or wounds on your chickens at all? Is it possible they killed something in their coop?

Check there feet too. Sometimes the nails grow to long and get ripped off.

No no signs of wounds and the blood is only smeared in the laying box and it looks like peck marks on the feeder.. really not sure what happened.

If you can't find a bleeding chicken I wouldn't worry... Like the person said above they could have killed something in the coop. As for the beak peck marks its not surprising. Chickens are attracted to blood... I wouldn't worrie if I were you
