I’m so happy to hear this... thank you for understanding what he needs and for taking care of him in the meantimeYess!! We are going to give him to a place where he can be free and is suitable for him. But since he's been with us for few months, we're so attached to him and we were so worried and wanted him to be in good health. We'll definitely rehome him!!
Thank you so much.
Please don't be sorry. Yes, it's so hot nowadays, so it's no wonder he's hot. And yes he did hold out his wings. He refused to drink water. But he ate watermelons and his feed (which he prefers wet, we sprinkle water on it). He's all great now! He stopped panting, his comb and wattles are all red too!I found the video links, sorry. Yes he’s panting. Is he holding out his wings a little? It sounds like it shouldn’t be because he’s hot. I hope someone more knowledgeable stops in. A frequent suggestion I’ve seen or a variety of issues is to offer electrolytes/nutrition-drench/vitamins, and it doesn’t hurt if there isn’t anything wrong.

I'm happy it's nothing much serious. Thanks a ton for the links and your help!!Apparently pale comb and wattles can be a sign of heat stress, so hopefully that’s all it was. Though they may drink more water than less, but I don’t think they have to have ALL the symptoms (i
There’s actually a lot of articles on the ‘net (I just googled quickly):

There are others, too, but they say about the same stuff.
Haha, thank you!!Good choices for keeping him hydrated! As long as he gets enough water, it doesn't matter whether he actually drinks it, or whether it's in his feed and in the watermelon
Can you keep water available at all times? If you are worried about it getting spilled all over, there are many low-spill waterers available on Amazon for same or next day delivery just about anywhere in US & much of Canada. Some may require a little bit of diy, but many are ready to go right out of the box... just depends on what you want to spend.Yes, I keep giving him water at regular intervals, but he wouldn't drink any.
