I NEED help fast! My chicken who I've raised from a chick is dying! I've looked online of all the symptoms she has, and I'm starting to give up.. She can't walk, or stand, her legs give out. Her head kinds twitches/moves forwards and stuff when she's trying to look around. Her poop is kinda like broken egg, it's yellow white and green. She still likes to talk and isn't in any way hurting. We forced her to drink, but she won't eat. We checked her vent for any signs of eggbound, but all that came out was this gross yellow foam like substance. All I know is that I need help!! And I need to know if this can spread through my flock! She's already separated from the others and where she lied or pooped, was cleaned.

Oh Cindy I am so sorry your girl is sick.
How old is she and what breed is she?
Welcome to Backyardchickens.com aka BYC! :frow
We are so glad you joined our flock.

She may have a reproductive disorder like Egg Yolk Peritonitis. Symptoms include lethargy, not eating, swelling or fluid in the abdomen, penguin stance, lameness, difficulty breathing and sometimes runny poop that looks like it has egg in it.

Unfortunately I don't think there is much that can be done for it.
I am sorry.

Is it contagious and what causes it?

No not contagious...It could be this:
Egg Yolk Peritonitis, sometimes referred to as Egg Peritonitis (or 'EYP' for short), is a common condition seen in backyard hens of all ages, from the point of lay onwards. It is an infection established within the coelomic cavity of hens, caused by the presence of an ectopic yolk within the coelom (main body cavity).

Do you think she could have eaten something poisonous or have any pesticides been used in your area that she may have accidentally injested? Maybe an Epsom salt flush would help. Does her crop feel empty or full? Does her beak look normal or like she has an overbite? How does she feel under her vent, is it squishy like a water Ballon? Does it feel hot to touch? Has she layed any eggs recently? How does her breast bone feel, is it sharp or soft?
