My chicken is ill and i cant work out what’s wrong

My chicken RJ - naked neck x white leghorn
she’s two years old bred from me
she’s just finished being broody but now she’s gasping to breathe and not eating, she also has an impacted crop.
its not canker as has been on medication and not helped
i have massaged her crop and it’s not moved, i have fed her oil, water, yoghurt, multi vitamin, acv and the crop is still impacted, its small but the food is still whole in there and not budging,
Shes pooing weirdly but most likely because she’s on liquids rather than solids, I’m trying to avoid taking her to the vets as its expensive and at this time we cant afford it but if no one has anymore ideas before she ends up there please help me out.

What made you think that it was canker in the beginning? Have you seen that before in the flock. Canker can affect the crop, and has a bad odor. What did you treat canker with? Of course, a vet would be best, but chickens can suffer with impacted or sour crop that is secondary to other problems, such as reproductive disorders, cancer, and ascites. i was told it could be canker but i haven’t seen it before, it was treated with a tetracycline which is normally used, thank you for the articles i will use them
