[My chicken is off balance]

This hen will just drag itself on the ground not being able to get up. I’m sort of confused because we got them 3 days ago. Anything could help thanks

Where did you get them? This is highly suspicious for the seller. can you get a video, post it to YouTube or somewhere and link back here? Pictures?
It could be vitamin deficiency, neurological issue, injury or disease.

Ok, I can’t post video, but basically I gets up runs a Ptolemy then legit falls over
