My chicken is prolapsing

Here are some pictures of prolapsed vents below. Healthy tissue is bright pink. If there is dark tissue, it may be necrotic (dead.) Sometimes there may be crust on it, and that needs to be scrubbed off gently in a bath to debride it.

I soaked her again and all he poop came off of he red thing. I pushed it back in as Farr as I could but it came out right as she tried to poop. She has pooped little by little. What do I do now?
