My chicken is standing but has its head on the ground!! Help

My chickens is 2 months old and I noticed yesterday she was acting weird. Today she is moving really slow and her head is hanging low and her wings are almost on the ground. She's not holding them tight. She moves really slow and has problems walking any where. Also she hasn't ate so I mixed her food with water and garlic to see if that would help. Please tell me what's wrong with my little girl.

Could she have gotten into something and ate it? Something that poisened her? Can you take a picture? Also go to the link at the top of the emergency page and there is a lot of info on there including botulism plus many other items.

So I looked up botulism and I think that's what she had. So I force fed her water and watered down food. I also gave her some garlic water (garlic cloves and water blended) just made sure she was hydrated and now she's fine!!
